I headed off from Thung Wua Laen around 8am, as soon as I sat down I knew it would be an extremely painful and uncomfortable day. My saddle sore was aggregated beyond belief and I was in pain. I had to get through 6hrs of pain, so it was set to be a really long day of riding.
Bang Saphan Noi was a goal point for me, I knew once I hit this point I was about 40km from where I would be sleeping in Ban Krut (pronounced Baan Krood). I arrived in Ban Krut spot on time at 2pm. I wasn’t sure whe I would stay, the first place I went to was stupidly expensive. They suggested I try a much cheaper place just down the road, but it looked like a crack house, so I skipped that one. After riding around to to numerous places I found a place called Sisina Resort, my bungalow was 1000baht with breakfast included.
The room needed to be cleaned, so while I waited I decided to grab a much needed lunch.
Ban Krut beach looked stunning
I had enough time to go and visit the temple on the mountain. Amazing huge gold Buddha, temple was perfectly symmetrical
I took a sunset ride on my bicycle along the beach road.
